- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Xtreme Energetics’s web site;

4. Limitations
In no event shall Xtreme Energetics or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Xtreme Energetics’s Internet site, even if Xtreme Energetics or a Xtreme Energetics authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of Personal Information. “Personal Information” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. The following outlines our privacy policy.
- If you contact us in response to an employment opportunity posted on our website, we will collect your name and e-mail address in order to send you a reply, and any information that you submit to us, such as a resume.
- If you contact us using the form on the website, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other information included in the form, in order to send you a reply.
We may collect Personal Information at other points in our web site. Before or at the time of collecting Personal Information, we will identify the purposes for which Personal Information is being collected. - We will collect and use Personal Information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
- When you use the web site, which may be hosted in part or its entirety by a third party, the web site will collect information indirectly and automatically (through, for example, the use of “cookies” or your “IP address”) about your activities. We use this activity information for internal purposes such as to administer the web site, improve the web site, and help us understand how the web site is being used. “Cookies” are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on the web site. You are always free to decline cookies if your browser permits, but in that case, some portions of the web site may not operate properly. An “IP address” is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet.
- We will not disclose Personal Information to any third party except we may, and you authorize us to, disclose Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Xtreme Energetics; or (b) protect or defend the rights or property of Xtreme Energetics or our customers.
- You may request deletion of your Personal Information sending an e-mail to us at admin@XEsolar.com but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
- We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
- Personal Information should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- We will protect Personal Information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Despite these measures, you should know that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.
- We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of Personal Information.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of Personal Information is protected and maintained.
This privacy policy is effective as of June 9, 2010.
